- Staff will schedule you a Virtual (Zoom) or In Person appointment with a provider

Appointment Tips
- Please arrive or log on to your virtual appointment 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
- Please have your Photo ID available for your appointment time.
- For urgent health questions when the health center is closed, please contact the After Hours Nurse Advice line.
- For Telehealth appointments, you must be located in California at the time of the appointment, preferably in a private setting.
Late Appointment Tips
- Late arrivals: May result in the rescheduling of your appointment.
