You will be able to upload your vaccination records only after you have completed Accept Admission Offer (AAO). Completion of the AAO allows for the automatic creation of an electronic medical chart (EMR) in MyHealth. If you have not completed the AAO, then an EMR in MyHealth cannot be created, and thus, there is no way for you to upload your COVID-19 vaccination records.
In review, the process for creating an electronic medical chart in MyHealth is as follows:
- Student completes AAO to attend SFSU.
- Student Health Center (SHC) receives student information from Registrar's office.
- An EMR is automatically generated in MyHealth for the student.
