Cancelling Appointments
All students who "no show" or cancel their appointment less than 24 hours in advance will be billed $20.00. Students who need to cancel their appointment may do so by going online to myHealth; or by calling the Student Health Services cancellation line at (415) 338-1251.

Please leave a message stating your First Name, Last Name, Student ID number, and the date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel. Your message will be date and time stamped.
